A dynamics Sales Manager is required to focus on new customer acquisitions for a leading IT/Telecommunications company.

As part of a larger Group this role will focus on developing key strategies and propositions to target and acquire new residential consumer customers with the Yorkshire and Humber region. Through management of a small telesales team, using customer insight and data coupled with engagement of propositions and marketing teams you will not only be expected to understand the demographic target audience for both internet and talk products but deliver and monitor aggressive growth.

As Sales Manager reporting directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing with regular input at board level you will be expected to provide leadership and development to the telesales, team in addition to implementing sound commercially viable strategic sales plans, forecasts and commission structures.

With a proven track record of increasing revenues within an indirect and direct FMCG, retail consumer space you will be dynamic with an entrepreneurial approach but with the ability to spot opportunities, create and manage innovative campaigns and use effective data to deliver results. This is not a sales closing role!

To be successful as Sales Manager must have a proven track record within a sales position with experience selling indirect and direct volume driven sales products or services (low cost high volume. Experience with the FMCG, retail or financial services market would be extremely advantageous. You will also have the ability to manage and develop a sales team and be driven by winning new business.   

This represents a great opportunity with an excellent commission structure with the ability to earn in excess of £70,000 per annum.
