A Contract Administrator /BID Administrator is required for a global market leading company in East Yorkshire. As Contract Administrator/BID Administrator your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Providing administrative support to assist with managing tenders/BIDS and contracts
• Maintaining pricing database and ensuring any queries are handled and the database is kept up to date
• Collating data, based on samples ensuring they are of the correct specification and ensuring they are submitted on time
• Dealing with product complaints and providing customer with feedback

You must have previous experience of managing tenders and contracts from an administrative and compliance prospective.

You must also have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate at all levels and work as part of a team. Knowledge of SAP would also be an advantage.
