An experienced full time Accounts Clerk with good knowledge of Sage Line 50 is required for a local owner managed and well established specialist commodity engineering business. As the Accounts Clerk you will also undertake general office management duties. You will report and work closely with the Managing Director as part of a small team. The role will cover;


  • Answering the telephone dealing with customer enquires
  • Sales and purchase ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Dealing with and handing large amounts of cash
  • Coordinating weekly and monthly external payroll and liaising with the company Accountants
  • Reporting on trends in relation to product prices and customer orders
  • General office administration and filing


To be successful you will be an experienced Accounts Clerk with knowledge of Sage Line 50. With lots of initiative and confidence you will be comfortable dealing with all types of people within male dominated environment. This represents a great opportunity to make this role your own.
