Exclusive to Emmerson Kitney, we are now recruiting on behalf of our client, a major successful company in the area, for the post of HR Advisor / HR Analyst. This key post acts as support to the HR and Operational managers, the role is key in leading, implementation and embedding business focussed HR solutions that are aligned with long term business vision. The HR Advisor provides HR support to the business, contributing to the successful delivery of the business goals, crucially to include the management of Employee data and HR performance information. The role takes ownership for and supports the implementation of ad hoc projects, both from a HR generalist approach and management information. To apply you must have: Essential Skills & Experience:
