Description

Exclusive to Emmerson Kitney, we are now recruiting on behalf of our client, a major successful company in the area, for the post of HR Advisor / HR Analyst. This key post acts as support to the HR and Operational managers, the role is key in leading, implementation and embedding business focussed HR solutions that are aligned with long term business vision. The HR Advisor provides HR support to the business, contributing to the successful delivery of the business goals, crucially to include the management of Employee data and HR performance information.

The role takes ownership for and supports the implementation of ad hoc projects, both from a HR generalist approach and management information. To apply you must have:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Qualified CIPD professional (working towards) or with equivalent professional experience.
  • Generalist HR operational experience at Assistant or Advisor level
  • Experience of working within a unionised environment
  • Experience of working across a multi-site business an advantage
  • Experience of managing employee data systems and providing corporate data.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and manage own workload in a very busy and demanding work environment.
  • Excellent communicator both written and verbal.
  • Strong IT skills, experience of Microsoft Office essential, especially Excel and HR Systems, preferably SAP
  • Continuous improvement philosophy will proactively identify areas for improvement and deliver solutions.
  • Ability to work as part of a team providing support to all colleagues.
