The Opportunity

We are supporting Bishop Burton College in the recruitment of a PR Manager.

As part of the colleges strategy, they are expanding their marketing function by bringing in a Marketing and PR Manager to focus on creating engaging campaigns through multiple channels with the aim of highlighting their upcoming events, their expertise and increasing student demand.

The role will report in to the Marketing Director and allow the opportunity to get involved in a varied and fast paced environment as well as being at the forefront of the colleges brand.

The Successful Candidate

£33,670 - £36,080 - Benefits include 25 days + statutory holidays, discounted gym membership, 24% employer contribution to pension

Working in a this team is a fantastic opportunity if you:

  • Enjoy devising and implementing effective marketing and communications campaigns targeted at different audiences
  • Can demonstrate experience of developing and managing integrated marketing strategies, utilising a full marketing communication mix
  • Expereince of liasing with and managing external agency partners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
  • If you have some experience in the education sector or have worked with the education sector but that is not essential
