Although a small team Paul Scott the Managing Director of Eye Web has exciting plans to grow the business looking at bringing in talent that will help drive Eye Webs strategic goals both technically and commercially. This role will allow autonomy and creativity that you won’t get at a larger, more corporate environment.
No one is a number at Eyeweb, everyone gets fully involved in each project and they all make decisions together. They also arrange a lot of team activities including foot golf, charity events and even 24 hour sponsored gaming fundraiser. They have a stylish office based at the Maritime Business Park in Hessle overlooking the beautiful River Humber as well as offering flexibility with home working too.
Training is encouraged at Eyeweb and offered internally, online and through external conferences (the team went to Laracon in Amsterdam in 2018 to learn more about Laravel development one of their key Web Frameworks) so you can expand your knowledge while you work.
