Hull based IT service provider Giacom are expanding their marketing team with a talented Digital Marketing Manager to help them continue their customer growth and acquisition journey.

Working as part of the wider marketing team the Digital Marketing Manager will develop and manage the strategy for customer journey, marketing automation, online spend and ultimately be responsible for increasing the number of high value customers.

The Opportunity: Digital Marketing Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital marketing manager to join Yorkshire's fastest growing company. This role will report in to the Head of Marketing and be well rewarded in terms of renumeration with progression and development within a fast paced high growth environment.

Key responsibilities: 

  • Drive customer acquisition through a diverse range of digital channels - maintaining and constantly optimising for maximum impact.
  • Develop & deliver targeted campaigns across digital marketing channels, integrating with offline activity where appropriate
  • Own all acquisition, activation and new customer marketing automation workflows 
  • Analyse data from multiple sources in order to accurately report on acquisition activity to the business as well as use findings to improve channel performance.
  • Generate data-driven hypotheses and execute experiments throughout the prospect to activated customer funnel - identifying insights and key opportunities for improvement.
  • Optimise web analytics and business intelligence tools to better understand customers and exploit those insights in marketing campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and report on acquisition campaign ROI.
  • Manage change throughout the business to ensure lead generation is a priority
