A Chief Operations Officer is required as part of a succession plan for Groupe Atlantic UK & ROI.

Groupe Atlantic are a French family owned international organisation employing 8,000 people and boast a turnover in excess of €2bn. They specialise in providing heating and ventilation products for both domestic and commercial markets.

The UK & ROI Division has several market leading brands including household name Ideal Boilers that manufacture in excess of 400,000 boilers per year. Ideal have just won two prestigious Queen’s Awards for innovation and international trade.

The Opportunity: Chief Operations Officer

Since 2014 when Groupe Atlantic acquired Hull based Ideal Boilers there has been significant investment into the Hull site to enable an increase in production capacity, they have expanded the R&D facilities plus modernised and improved manufacturing techniques. Ideal have just won two prestigious Queen’s Awards for innovation and international trade.

Other brands within the UK & ROI Group include Hamworthy and Geldhill. With a production facility in Blackpool Gledhill manufacture hot water and heating cylinders solutions.

Reporting to the CEO of UK, ROI and North American Divisions the Chief Operations Officer will have strategic and operational accountability for Hull and Blackpool with over 550 reports across the following disciplines;
