The Opportunity: 2nd Line IT Support Analyst

You will join a team with decades of shared experience in all areas of support for IT Infrastructure, systems, processes and security.
Partnered with 2 global leaders, Microsoft and MITEL, Intrasource insure they can deliver the very best systems in the market place.
As part of their busy 2nd line support team the role will include:
- Being the escalation point for more complicated IT queries
- Occasional visits to external sites
- Diagnosing and resolving server, backup, firewall and Microsoft 365 issues
- When required answering the overflow calls to ensure excellent customer service is delivered
- Proactively supporting customers IT infrastructure
- Acting as an example to more junior members of staff and promoting Intrasources values
