Intrasource, one of the region’s leading IT Support providers, are looking to recruit a talented 2nd Line Support Analyst for their busy service desk as they build on several successful years.

As they undergo a growth plan targeting their technical support and sales teams, this new addition will be an important addition to the expanding business. Founded in 2000, Intrasource are renowned for providing excellent customer service and high quality technical solutions.

Although initially a technical support provider, their services have now expanded to include IT security, commercial phone systems, cloud services and IT consultancy.

The Opportunity: 2nd Line IT Support Analyst

Working with businesses ranging from small SME’s to larger corporates, Intrasource have established themselves as being a key player in their industry.

With the addition of new clients as well as an increase in both turnover and profit this is an ideal time to join the business.

You will join a team with decades of shared experience in all areas of support for IT Infrastructure, systems, processes and security.

Partnered with 2 global leaders, Microsoft and MITEL, Intrasource insure they can deliver the very best systems in the market place.

 

As part of their busy 2nd line support team the role will include:

  • Being the escalation point for more complicated IT queries 
  • Occasional visits to external sites
  • Diagnosing and resolving server, backup, firewall and Microsoft 365 issues
  • When required answering the overflow calls to ensure excellent customer service is delivered 
  • Proactively supporting customers IT infrastructure
  • Acting as an example to more junior members of staff and promoting Intrasources values 

The right person for the role

You are someone comfortable in a hands on and fast paced role and have experience working in a similar environment. You are joining a supportive team and this is a role for someone who can hit the ground running, whether that be working on a Managed Service function or internally for a large business.

Although Intrasource would prefer individuals with strong experience in 365, server builds, back ups, networking and firewalls, they will look at candidates who are willing to learn and have the right attitude to develop should they have one or two skill gaps.
