Opportunity

To achieve our strategy, we require a forward thinking, experienced and analytical Admin & Office Manager who can develop, maintain, and expand our reporting systems and processes within finance, business information and data. This is a hands-on, broad finance role with lots of scope to be developed.

Working closely with the senior management team, your key accountabilities will include.

  • Production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts and cashflows for 3 companies  
  • Day to day bookkeeping using cloud accounting software (QuickBooks)
  • Control of creditors, debtors, and costs
  • Bank and payroll management
  • Business information, data management and analysis using BI software such Qlik Sense
  • Office and contract management with general suppliers (IT, utilities, insurance, consumables)
  • Maintaining personnel and training files, supporting the Senior Management and Directors
  • Ensuring all companies adhere to statutory legal and legislative requirements
  • General administration support for the wider teams

Person

  • An experienced and confident AAT level 4, part qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA), or QBE Accountant/Finance professional, who is not only diligent and competent but inquisitive and curious by nature
  • Previous experience working with business intelligence tools, BI dashboards and data would be advantageous as the role will involve taking ownership for developing such platforms for the businesses
  • You must be comfortable managing wider general office and administrative duties. This includes procurement of third-party suppliers and their contracts
