The Opportunity: Technical Support Engineers

Salary: £25,000 + Benefits

Due to continued growth, myenergi are hiring four Technical Support Engineers to join the team.

The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for providing telephone and online support to electrical engineers in the field and the domestic end users, regarding the installation and aiding with support of the product range.  They will also provide technical support to the Research and Development department.

Benefits include 22 days holiday plus a day for every year of service capped at 25, plus bank holidays, free EV charging site and Pension benefits. 

The Right Person For This Role

You will have Electrical Engineering experience, including experience of fault diagnostics and electronic repair (PCB level).  Knowledge of Renewable Technologies (Solar PV and Wind) is desirable but not essential.  You will be proactive, a quick learner and able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.  You must be IT literate and have strong verbal communication skills.
