The Office Administrator

Nilpeter prides itself on delivering first class installations of their print machinery solutions along with continued long-term support via their Service & Maintenance teams. The Office Administrator is key role in the success of Nilpeter's UK operation.

With a UK office made up of 6 individuals dedicated to supporting Nilpeters clients and engineers, Nilpeter are looking to add an Office Administrator to their support team. This is an opportunity for an experienced Office Administrator to join a well-established family owned business.

As the Office Administrator you will be a quick learner. This role interacts with every area of the business, so a team player is a must!

Responsibilities

  • Preparing quotes – Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Assisting with Imports & Exports paperwork and tracking
  • Maintain and keep up to date records
  • Stock Management
  • Logging Jobs
  • Service contracts and schedules are kept up to date
  • Booking accommodation and travel for engineers
  • General administrative duties

As the Office Administrator you will be willing to learn new processes and procedures, take initiative and be keen to get involved in a variety of tasks

  • This role is intended for someone with great attention to detail and communication skills.
  • You will have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office especially use of Excel and ideally have experience of using accounting system Sage.
  • You will work closely with the Senior Management and be a pivotal part of the company.
