Due to growth strategy ProGARM are now looking to expand their team by adding 2 x Business Development Managers, one will drive profitability by bringing on new prospective clients and the other will focus on increasing the profitability of their existing clients, up to £250,000 in value.
Business Development Manager
To be the successful Business Development Manager, you must have;
- A successful track record of generating revenue through business development
- A tenacious and proactive attitude to selling
- The ability to objection handle and persuade when engaging with prospects
- Accustomed to a predominantly phone-based position which will involve regular rejection from prospective clients
- Competent with numbers and excellent negotiation skills
Business Development Manager
To be the successful Business Development Manager, you must have;
- Experience in an Account Management or a Business Development Manager position preferably in a B2B environment
- A tenacious attitude as well as strong commercials because you will be building relationships with multiple stakeholders within large corporates nationally
- Experience with both phone based and face to face sales
- This role would suit someone who enjoys customer contact and is able to keep people engaged
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
