Join Reality Solutions as Sage Business Development Executive

Hull based IT Solutions provider Reality Solutions are seeking a Business Devlopment Executive to join their growing team.

Reality Solutions are very well-established, having recently celebrated their 20th year in business. Over that period, they have built up a base of over 500 businesses, majority of whom are based in the Yorkshire region albeit they do have a presence nationally with a number of clients in London for example. At present, they have a team of 28 employees who pride themselves on an open, honest culture and have a joint aim of providing a premier service to their clients.

Reality Solutions provide financial solutions through their premier partner Sage to SME’s, predominantly in the manufacturing industry.

They provide fantastic training to their clients ensuring they migrate, embed and continuously develop the products as well as offering bespoke solutions depending on the client’s requirements. Richard Holt, Amy Pittock and Alistair Burnett are at the helm of Reality Solutions and have ambitious plans to further grow the business. As a result of this growth, they are looking to pursue an Business Development Executive to help drive their business development function as well as ensuring the continuation of their fantastic customer experience.

The Opportunity – Business Development Executive

Reality Solutions are now looking at expand their team by bringing in a Business Development Executive.  

This role will report to the Operations Director.  The successful Business Development Executive will be financially well rewarded and will have the opportunity to take on increased responsibility and to progress within in the business. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Win new business through outbound activity and following up on enquiries
  • Follow their sales process to ensure the customer journey is adhered to with new business
  • Working on deals worth up to £50,000 in sales value
  • Setting up video based and face to face meetings
  • Ensuring follow ups are made with prospective customers
  • Ensuring every prospect is properly qualified and are made aware of the companies different product offerings
  • The CRM is continuously updated with client communications
  • Pipeline and targets are adhered too
  • Be involved in targeted campaigns, working closely with the marketing team so there is a coherent approach
